Part 2 - Sen2Cor processor

Sen2Cor performs atmospheric correction on Sentinel 2 L1C images to produce Bottom-of-Atmosphere reflectances products (L2A). Developed by Telespazio/DLR for ESA Reference: http://step.esa.int/main/third-party-plugins-2/sen2cor/

In the previous part, we add a Sentinel 2 L1C images in "my Data" (over Venice). This image will be used as an input for Sen2Cor processor in order to get a L2A product. The following steps will show you how to run the processor and retrieve the output in your "basket".

1. Go to the processors panel.

2. The result should be similar with the image bellow.

3. Select "Sentinel-2 Level 2 Sen2Cor" in the list of processors. You should obtain the "Processor launch" window.

4. Enter a user name.

5. Select an input product in the "My Data" list.

6. Select a resolution. For example: 60m.

7. After the different inputs of Sen2Cor processor are completed. Click on the "Execute" button to run the processor.

8. Wait during few minutes (it depends on the resolution). The progressing bar will give you the percentage of the processing completion.

9. When the processing is done the bar becomes "green" and the processor indicates it ran successfully.

10. Close the "Processor launch" window.

11. Go to My Data panel.

12. The result should be similar with the image bellow. The last result is highlighted in orange. Select it.

13. Click on the "eye" button to display the result on the map.

14. The result should be similar with the image bellow.

15. You can also download all the ouputs of the Sen2Cor processor by clicking on the "download" button.
