Part 2 - Upload an run your own processor

  1. Create your own processor. Here we will use a shell processor "proc1.sh" (don't forget to put #!/bin/sh at the beginning). This script will take two arguments in input and write the result in a text file.

(You must use the environment variable $CTEP_OUTPUT_DIR). im33 2. Compress your file (tar.gz) 3. Go to the geobrowser and login with your ESA SSO account: http://213.244.27.15/geobrowser. 4. Go to the uploading processor interface https://coastal-tep.eo.esa.int/wps/ui/#/. im34 5. Click on the Upload buuton and select you compressed file. im35 im36 6. Your processor is uploading. Please refresh the page. im37 The status should now READY. im38 7. Click on the edit button to define your processor parameters. First you will see the Info panel. Enter a name and a short description for your processor. im39 The result should be similar with the image bellow. im40 5. Open the Catalogue panel by clicking on the Catalogue icon on the left screen side panel bar. im41 The result should be similar with the image bellow. im42 6. Re-center the map to better display the selected area of interested. im43 7. Choose a dataset in the collection. Here Sentinel-2. im44 8. Select 20.01.2016 as starting date. im45 9. Select 22.01.2016 as a end date. im46 10. Click on the Search button. im47 11. The Sentinel-2 products that match the search criteria’s are listed in the Catalogue panel. The product footprints are displayed on the map. im48 12. The results of the query are now in the left side of the bottom panel. (The footprints are highlighted with green when the mouse is over the list in the left and with blue for the checked products). Select a product (centered on Venice in this example). im49 13. Add the selected product to “My data” section by clicking on the “+ Add to My Data” icon. im50 The selected product is now located in your data in the right part of the bottom panel. im51 The selected product is now located in your data in the right part of the bottom panel. im52 The selected product is now located in your data in the right part of the bottom panel. im53 The selected product is now located in your data in the right part of the bottom panel. im54 The selected product is now located in your data in the right part of the bottom panel. im55
